With its view enveloping the San Fernando Valley from atop the Encino mountains, Sabana enticed us to rebuild this home. We demolished the 3500 square foot structure and rebuild a 5800 square foot chic custom villa. Every aspect of this Santa Barbra, Spanish home was custom crafted.  We complimented Sabana with a swimming pool, jacuzzi. travertine and wood floors, exposed beam ceilings, three fireplaces, french doors, office, kitchen with travertine island and farmhouse sink, alder cabinets and breakfast room. As with all our custom homes, the master suite is fabulous with balcony, sitting area, multi-jet steam shower and spa.
